Hi, I'm Erika!
Welcome! I am thrilled you are here. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona and the owner of Cardinal Counseling. I am so thrilled that you are here! I am passionate about providing neurodivergent-affirming care to teens and adults. I am also trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT, and CPT, for issues such as trauma, depression, and anxiety.

Our Services
I offer individual counseling for ages 12 and up. I also provide services to neurodivergent couples. I offer sessions in-person and via telehealth.
